These terms govern access to and use of findused.xyz. They reflect the current service: an independent information and comparison website, not an online shop.

1. Scope and operator

Findused is operated by Piotr Ciechowicz, Schmohlstr. 2, 13086 Berlin, Germany. By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Findused provides

Findused helps users research professionally refurbished Apple computers. We may present product specifications, retailer offers, prices, availability, condition labels, warranty information, update times, comparisons, and links to third-party retailers. Features and geographic coverage may change over time.

3. Findused is not the seller

Findused does not sell devices, accept orders, process payments, or become a party to a purchase. Any purchase contract is concluded directly between you and the relevant retailer under that retailer's terms. Questions about an order, delivery, return, warranty, or refund must be addressed to the retailer.

4. Product, price, and availability information

We take reasonable care when collecting and normalising factual information, but retailer data can change at any time. A price, condition, configuration, warranty, delivery option, or stock status shown on Findused is not a binding offer. Always verify the final information on the retailer's website before purchasing. Update times indicate when Findused last checked or received data; they do not guarantee that the information remains current.

5. Comparisons and rankings

Comparisons, price summaries, deal indicators, and rankings are informational outputs based on the data and methodology available at the time. They are not personal recommendations, financial advice, or guarantees of quality or suitability. Sponsored placement, if introduced, will be clearly identified and will not be presented as an independent ranking factor.

6. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If you follow such a link and complete a transaction, Findused may receive a commission from the retailer without increasing the price charged to you. Affiliate relationships do not permit a retailer to alter Findused's factual product records. Any paid or sponsored content will be labelled.

7. Third-party websites

Retailer and other external websites are operated independently. Findused does not control their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or contractual terms. A link does not constitute an endorsement of every statement or service on the linked website.

8. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website or its infrastructure, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or perform automated activity that materially degrades availability for other users. Statutory rights to access or use information remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

Findused's own software, interface, brand, editorial text, methodology, and original database structure are protected by applicable law. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to users.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Findused for maintenance, security, legal, data-quality, or commercial reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may remove retailer data promptly when rights expire, information becomes unreliable, or a source requests a justified correction.

11. Liability

Findused is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under mandatory product-liability law, and where a guarantee has expressly been given. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of service. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the country in which you habitually reside. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law, or our commercial model changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting existing user rights will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required.
